System Developer Executive / Eksekutif Pembangunan Sistem

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the existing job portal.
• Develop new features and modules to improve user experience and functionality.
• Ensure portal security, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Career Unit, etc.) to align portal features with organizational goals.
• Perform regular updates and backups of the portal.
• Integrate third-party APIs or services as needed.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MySQL.
• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with server management (Linux-based hosting environments).
• Understanding of SEO, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with job portal systems or similar platforms.
• UI/UX design awareness.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
