**Job Brief:**

We are looking for a high\-performing, well\-connected **Senior Manager of Sales \& Business Development** to help shape and drive our regional growth across **Southeast Asia and beyond** . If you thrive in dynamic markets, have a sharp eye for opportunity, and know how to turn relationships into results, this role is for you.



This is more than just a sales role. It’s a leadership opportunity to own the go\-to\-market strategy across multiple verticals, with Travel as a key component, while also expanding our presence in strategic sectors, growing revenue streams, and building long\-term partnerships across the region.





**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and execute regional sales and business development strategies across key business verticals, including:
  • **Travel:** Inbound, outbound, corporate, and group travel.
  • **Partnership Distribution:** Expand through OTAs, agents, platforms, and B2B channels.
  • **Emerging Segments:** Identify and grow opportunities in high\-potential industries aligned with our regional expansion goals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure, with a focus on sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities and distribution channels across Southeast Asia and other priority regions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships across travel, insurance, tech platforms, corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Champion go\-to\-market launches for new offerings (travel, lifestyle, digital products, protection bundles, etc.) tailored to regional demand.
  • Represent the brand in key industry events, forums, and partnerships — ensuring we remain visible, relevant, and top\-of\-mind.
  • Work cross\-functionally with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, product, partnerships) to deliver solutions that meet market needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts , including regulations, travel and tech trends to shape future\-ready strategies.
Track and report on pipeline health, forecast sales performance, and exceed growth targets through strong execution.




**Job Requirements:**

  • 8\+ years of proven experience in sales and/or business development, with a track record of success in regional roles.
  • Industry experience in **travel, tourism, insurance, fintech, or related ecosystems** is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asia/APAC markets, including regulatory dynamics, consumer behavior, and B2B ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to navigate across **B2B, B2C, and B2B2C** models, adapting strategies for each segment.
  • A strong network across industries — including tour operators, travel platforms, insurance providers, digital platforms, corporates, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and deal\-closing skills — confident, professional, and persuasive.
Strategic thinker with a hunter mindset — able to spot opportunities and build sustainable partnership
