POSITION \- SECRETARY

LOCATION \- SECTION 15 SHAH ALAM

SALARY \- RM 3500\-4500

Key responsibilities

To manage and coordinate the Executive Director schedule by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, events and appointments.

Plan and coordinating travel itineraries including travel and accommodation when required

Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Executive Director are met.

Assist the Executive Director in his daily operation

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of admin or secretary

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Secretary or any related field

Demonstrates high adaptability and resilience in managing last minute changes and urgent matters

Impeccable integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
