Manage and supervise overall factory operations including production, quality control, maintenance, logistics, and inventory.
**Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.**
Monitor production schedules to meet demand and delivery deadlines without compromising quality.
Optimize resource utilization (raw materials, labor, and machinery) to ensure cost\-effective operations.
Lead and motivate factory staff; conduct training and performance reviews.
Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed within the plant.
Coordinate with the procurement, quality assurance, R\&D, and supply chain teams.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, process, and quality.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
**Minimum 7 years of experience in a production or plant management role in the food \& beverage industry; including at least 3 years experience in management.**
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and quality systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
Excellent problem\-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools.
