**About the role**
We are seeking a talented QE Engineer to join our dynamic team at CFE Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full\-time QE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. Your expertise will contribute to the company's continued success and growth within the Manufacturing, Transport \& Logistics industry.
we are looking for the candidate who is fluent on both Chinese and English.
**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to meet or exceed industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address quality issues
- Analyse data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and resolve quality problems
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Stay up\-to\-date with industry regulations and quality standards
- Continuously seek ways to improve quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process
**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- 5\+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross\-functional teams
- Up\-to\-date knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools
