The M\&E Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at project sites. This role ensures that all M\&E works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and project schedules.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Supervise and coordinate on\-site M\&E works, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and ELV systems.
Monitor progress and quality of M\&E installation works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and standards.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other site supervisors to resolve technical issues and coordinate site activities.
Inspect and verify all M\&E installations against shop drawings and technical submittals.
Ensure timely completion of M\&E works in line with the overall project schedule.
Review and report daily site activities, work progress, manpower allocation, and any site constraints.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of all M\&E systems, and assist with troubleshooting during handover.
Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support material inspections, delivery verification, and site inventory control.
Attend site coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in M\&E supervision or site coordination.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, and construction standards.
Ability to read and interpret M\&E drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Good organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple contractors and activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle basic documentation and reporting.
