REQUIREMENT :
· DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCES
· FRESHGRADES ARE WELCOME OR 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HR MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
· EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
· ABLE TO COMMUNICATE TO ALL LEVEL, PEERS, LINE MANAGER, SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS AND ACADEMICS IN POSITIVE MANNER
· RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL CYCLE RECRUITING
· UPDATE AND CHECK EMPLOYEE DAILY ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE APPLICATION
· ABILITY TO HANDLE CONFIDENTIAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIAL INFO
· ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND OVERSEE MULTIPLE PROJECTS. TASK SIMULTANEOUSLY.
· ASSIST IN PAYROLL COMPUTATION
· ENSURE EMPLOYEE DATABASE RECORDS ARE UP TO DATE
· RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATION FUNCTIONS i.e PREPARING APPOINTMENT LETTER, TRANSFER, CONFIRMATION, PROMOTION, ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION, CLAIMS AND ETC
· TO HANDLE ALL GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE RELATED WORKS
· FIND SOLUTIONS IF PROBLEM ACCOURS RELATED WITH EMPLOYEE
. ASSIST HR EXECUTIVE
. MONITORING ALL STAFF PERFORMANCE
· PROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER
· PERFOM AND AD\-HOC DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE COMPANY
