**Position**: Sales Admin Executive (Sales Coordinator / Customer Service)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Help the sales team stay on top by contacting new and existing customers.
- Handle paperwork, prepare invoices, and follow up on customer payments.
- Set up and coordinate appointments for sales meetings.
- Keep in touch with customers and suppliers through phone, email, and face\-to\-face meetings.
- Record customer interactions and manage admin tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Support the team to hit targets and make customers happy.
- Jump in and help with any extra tasks when needed.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Diploma or Degree holder (fresh grads are welcome too!).
- Can speak and write well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Friendly, responsible, and always ready to learn.
- Good with people and great at keeping things organized.
- Knows Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) like the back of your hand.
**What You’ll Get**:
- Basic salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500
- With commission, average monthly income: RM2,500 – RM5,000
- Transport allowance: RM100
- Commission around RM5 per unit sold
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Medical claims (up to RM600 per year)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (your weekends are free!)
