**Job Scope:**
● Support BD teams in generating and maintaining campaign SKU banks. ● Perform SKU matching to ensure accuracy and consistency. ● Prepare and format seller documents (PDFs) for internal and external use. ● Assist with general administrative tasks, including paperwork and scheduling.
**Requirements :**
- 3/6 Months Contract (extendable)
- Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9\.30am \- 6\.30pm
- EPF, Socso, EIS, offer letter, Payslip, Annual Leave \- yes we provide
- Training: Required to attend briefing \& training physically during the first 2 weeks of work in Menara Southpoint, Midvalley.
- Laptop provided by Customer.
- Start Date: 21st April 2025
- Candidates must assess with Excel proficiency \- Basic \& Advanced functions (at least need to know VLOOKUP and Pivot Table) \+ English Test required.
**Person's Requirement:**
- Experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and PDF tools.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
