• **Handle full payroll processing**, overtime, claims, and deductions.
    • Submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and EA forms.
    • Maintain payroll records and employee data.
    • Manage salary revisions, bonuses, and benefits.
    • Prepare payroll reports and support related HR tasks.

    **Job Requirements**

    • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
    • **Fresh graduates welcome**; 1–2 years payroll experience preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of Malaysia payroll and statutory requirements.
    • Proficient in Excel; payroll system knowledge is an advantage.
    • **Proficiency in Mandarin** (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
    • **Able to start work immediately or short notice**.
    • Must be able to work in **Tebrau**.

    Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM2,500\.00 \- RM3,200\.00 per month
