Key Responsibilities:

  • **Show House Tours and Presentations:**Guide potential buyers through the show house, highlighting key features and benefits, and addressing their questions.
  • **Sales Closing:**Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience for the client.
  • **Customer Service:**Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving objections, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • **Lead Generation and Management:**Identify and generate leads, and manage a portfolio of potential customers.
  • **Financial Assistance:**Assist customers in obtaining financing, coordinating with banks and other relevant parties.
  • **Documentation and Record Keeping:**Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, contracts, and payments.
  • **Marketing and Promotion:**Participate in marketing efforts, such as attending trade fairs, and promoting the property development.
  • **Sales Targets and Reporting:**Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, and provide regular sales reports.

Pay: RM1,700\.00 \- RM2,000\.00 per month
