**General Administration:**

  • Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative procedures
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, reports, and official records
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for internal departments
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Supervise clerical and support staff (housekeeping, security, transport, etc.)
  • Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts

**Hostel Management:**

  • Oversee all aspects of hostel operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security
  • Handle room allocation, resident records, check\-in/check\-out processes
  • Monitor discipline, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections and submit hostel performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety, hygiene, and institutional regulations

**Attendance Monitoring:**

  • Maintain and update attendance records of students/staff using manual or digital systems
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management review
  • Coordinate with academic or HR departments to track irregularities and leaves
  • Assist with biometric or software\-based attendance systems
  • Follow up on absenteeism and ensure accurate documentation for approvals/leaves

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM3,000\.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Experience:

  • Admin Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
