• **Performing HR duties**

    1\. Assist the HR Manager with various HR\-related duties.

    2\. Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling.

    3\. Manage and maintain all company licenses to ensure compliance.

    1\. Maintain personnel files and HR documentation with confidentiality.

    2\. Update and manage databases and record\-keeping systems.

    3\. Perform ad\-hoc tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • At least 1 experience performing HR duties
    • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
    • Independent and team player
    • Must know how to speak or read chinese

    Experience:

    • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM4,000\.00 per month
