To handle HR functions includes union payroll, recruitment and other HR related matters
To handle HR practices are in compliance with regulatory
Monitor assistant progress on daily administrative task to ensure no delay
Monitor assistant progress on yearly company licenses and CIDB no delay
Monitor assistant progress on yearly office upkeep and maintenance no delay
To handle office supplies general purchase and price negotiation
To support and coordinate IT to ensure system run smooth and no interruption
To handle tender email receiving and distributed to Project Department
To handle staff air\-ticket, hotel accommodation and etc
Sourcing new suppliers, vendors and contractors.
To stand by and back up for receptionist
Develop \& maintain filling system to ensure filling are up\-to\-date
Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
Note: Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: From RM2,000\.00 per month
