**Key Responsibilities:**
Implement and monitor HSE procedures, policies, and compliance in line with legal and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify hazards and recommend practical corrective measures.
Coordinate and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and HSE training.
Maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, inspection findings, and safety performance data.
Support incident investigation and ensure proper documentation and follow\-up.
Liaise with external authorities and ensure relevant HSE certifications, permits, and documentation are in place.
**Qualifications:**
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in HSE practices and regulations.
Basic knowledge of HSE legislation and guidelines is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
