• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating inventory orders.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Assisting with administrative support for various departments as needed.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks (e.g., invoicing, tracking expenses).
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa ,English , Mandarin
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team\-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax machine, printer, scanner, etc.).
