    **Key Responsibilities (AR):**

    • Perform daily sales collection reconciliation.
    • Posts Sales Collection by recording cash, checks, credit card transactions and any other sales related entry.
    • Resolve and follow up with relevant parties on any discrepancies collection.
    • Carry out activities compliance to SOP and meet deadlines.
    • Coordinate \& filing documents.
    • Any other ad\-hoc task assigned.

    **Key Responsibilities (AP):**

    • Performing AP invoice processing for 3rd party vendor PO invoices, non\-PO invoices and tax related payment.
    • Ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner
    • Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
    • Monitor payment cycle and complete payments within the timeline.
    • Handle account payable ledger and creditors reconciliation..
    • To assist in any AP related activities as and when delegated by superior.
    • Any other ad\-hoc task.

    **Key Requirement:**

    • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
    • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel formula vlookup.
    • Experience in AP / AR reconciliation \& double entry.
    • Basic knowledge in principles of Accounting, minimum Diploma/ LCCI.
    • Has a good sense of responsibility and is able to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
    • Familiar with computerized accounting systems and proficient in MS office, G\-Suite, or SAP.
    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • **Preferably 1 years working experience in AR/AP function would be an added advantage.**
    • **Fresh graduates from accounting \& finance academic background are encouraged to apply.**
    • Willing to relocate to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 Klang

    **Current Working Location for both position :**

    • Account Assistant (AR) \- **Section 15 Shah Alam**
    • Account Assistant (AP) \- **Petaling Jaya**

    **Future Office Location for both position (Mid 2025\)** :

    • **Bandar Bukit Raja 2 , Klang**

    Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM2,800\.00 per month
