To provide support and maintenance for HR\-related systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors (SF), Deputy and Concur, ensuring their efficient operation. This includes providing technical assistance, addressing queries and issues, creating and delivering training materials, maintaining system updates and upgrades, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with company policies, and performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support and resolve queries related to SAP SuccessFactors, Deputy, and Concur.
Maintain and update HR\-related systems.
Log and manage queries using a case management system.
Assist managers and employees with system navigation and reports.
Support system setup, customisation, and upgrades.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training.
Perform routine tasks to support regional and local HR functions.
Ensure confidentiality of business and employee information.
Facilitate process workshops and determine business requirements.
Identify and implement system improvements.
Develop and support integration between HR systems and other applications.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Oversee the HR management system, including updates and maintenance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for system use.
Train and support HR and departmental staff on system usage.
Resolve system\-related issues according to SLA.
Identify and implement system improvements.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure data protection compliance.

Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience
3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or
5 – 8 years of experience in supporting HR functions with SuccessFactors or other HR systems
