• 1\) Provide support for hardware (laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices) and software (operating systems, applications).

    2\) Resolve hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.

    3\) Install and perform minor repairs on hardware and software update, patches set up equipment for employee use.

    4\) Train users on new hardware and software, and provide ongoing technical support.

    5\) Maintain records of IT asset, update of all issues and resolution status

    6\) Assist with system upgrades and new technology introductions.

    7\) Tracking and monitoring of all user request.

    8\) Ensure smooth operational both on site and off site
