**Key Responsibilities:**

**Daily Accounting Tasks**
Record and update daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
Perform data entry into accounting software or systems.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and official receipts.
**Accounts Payable and Receivable**
Handle supplier invoices and verify against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Issue invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
Perform basic reconciliation of accounts.
**Banking \& Reconciliation**
Prepare and update cash flow reports.
Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
**Filing and Documentation**
Maintain proper filing and record\-keeping of all accounting documents.
Ensure all financial documents are organized and easily accessible for audits.
**Support for Reporting**
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, summaries, and schedules.
Support external auditors with required documents during audit periods.
**Administrative Support**
Assist in administrative tasks related to finance, such as handling telephone calls, correspondence, or simple HR matters if needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for finance\-related queries.
Job Types: Full\-time, Internship, New\-Grad, Apprenticeship
Pay: RM1,800\.00 \- RM2,500\.00 per month
