Develop, coordinate, and implement programs and events that promote the integration and success of international students.
Plan orientation sessions for new international students, including school policies and students’ handbook.
Coordinate the course structure and programs for international students in Year 12 \& Year 13\.
Liaise with local and overseas agents to provide guidance on school resources and academic support for recruiting international students.
Provide guidance and mentorship to international students throughout their academic journey.
Offer support to international students with challenges such as academic adjustment, cultural differences, and homesickness.
Communicate program details and updates to students, staff, and parents via newsletters, emails, and meetings.
Assist international students with student pass related matters, including tracking their status and advising on the necessary steps.
Assess the effectiveness of student programs through surveys and feedback, and suggest improvements and implement changes based on feedback to continually enhance student experience.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in student affairs, program coordination, or working with international students is preferred.
Strong understanding of the needs of international students, including cultural adjustment, academic support and student pass regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Problem\-solving and conflict resolution skills to support students' academic and personal challenges.
