**Job responsibilities:**

  • To check and make payment for utilities bill (electric bills, water bills, telco bills, house rental bills, petrol card bills, medical expenses).
  • To reconcile employees claims, OT hours from attendance system.
  • To update any document related to administration scope.
  • To perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • To perform new employee registration (face scan, onboarding etc.).
  • To maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
  • To assist any ad\-hoc task required within the scope by supervisor if it is needed.
  • To pick up and response external and internal calls.
  • To order office’s stationary.
  • To restock office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • To manage meeting administration (meeting room arrangement etc.).
  • To prepare refreshment for the meeting.
  • To prepare drinks for Directors.
  • To assist any festive decoration.
  • To assist on office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.
  • To maintain and update records of medical cardholders in the HR database.
  • To ensure timely activation or deactivation of medical cards for new hires, terminated employees, or employees on extended leave.
  • To assist any ad\-hoc task required within the scope by Superior if it is needed.

**Qualification(s):**

  • Diploma in Office Management or equivalents
  • Maximum 2\-years’ experience in combined office administration and HR role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem\-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn something new and have high accountability to the tasks

**Location:**

  • Rawang, Selangor

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: RM1,800\.00 \- RM2,500\.00 per month
