**Job Responsibilities:**
Manage and oversee daily office administrative operations.
Assist with routine accounting tasks and financial transactions.
Post expenses and other financial transactions into journals or ledgers, ensuring accuracy and assisting with costing for quotations and related processes.
Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other documents before recording them.
Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and follow\-up on pending issues.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Support the management team with any additional tasks as required.
Monitoring petty cash and expense claims.
Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Handling \& Track Stock List.
**Job Requirement:**
Willing to work in Cheras.
At Least Diploma level or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a administrative role / accounting field.
Good command of written \& spoken English, Malay.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Autocount and SQL accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
Organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem\-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM2,500\.00 per month
