**Responsibilities:**
Promote a wide range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
Meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
Build new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end\-user sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Prepare quotations, coordinate goods delivery, and manage payment collection.
Research and identify potential customers to create new sales opportunities.
Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
Follow up with customers and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.
**1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales**, preferably in the **ICT sector**.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage.
Good understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.
Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skilled in researching and identifying new sales opportunities.
Experienced in cold calling and managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
