To analyse sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints.
To supervise and maintains outlet staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
To assist Manager in coordinating staffs’ schedules, including shift changes and absences.
To provide customer service by attending the enquiries (answering questions) about the menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences.
**JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:**
Diploma in Business study or equivalent; or at least 2 years of experience in F\&B or related field.
Experience in Food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentable.
On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
