• **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES**

    • To maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
    • To maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
    • To analyse sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints.
    • To supervise and maintains outlet staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • To assist Manager in coordinating staffs’ schedules, including shift changes and absences.
    • To provide customer service by attending the enquiries (answering questions) about the menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences.

    **JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:**

    • Diploma in Business study or equivalent; or at least 2 years of experience in F\&B or related field.
    • Experience in Food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
    • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentable.
    • On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: RM1,800\.00 \- RM2,000\.00 per month
