Coordinate and liaise with government and related department for processed workers matters
Handles FOMEMA, passport renewal, open bank account, replace bank card, police report
assist with foreign worker documentation and processes by liaising with the relevant government agency
Prepare document and go to respective embassy for passport renewal.
Bring workers to clinic/hospital for any emergency cases
Business License
To ensure the renewal of the company licenses.
Arrange all setup (utilities, fire \& safety work, all related licenses etc) for New Outlet Opening.
Apply and renew license (Beras, barang kawalan, lesen liquor, surat kuasa).
Liaise with vendor and Bomba for fire safety work.
Monitor and prepare tenancy agreement for workers’ hostel and outlet.
Liaise and arrange the vendor or property owner for maintenance repair (hostel / outlet).
To assist the manager to liaise with the government departments on company matter such as inspection by Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan, Jabatan Alam Sekitar and etc.
Checking summon and settlement.
To monitor and update utilities (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water).
Monitor and renew company insurance (Fire, burglary, etc).
Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in handling Foreign Worker documentation is an added advantage
