The Human Resources Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and implementing effective training programs, and evaluating their outcomes. This role ensures that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, contributing to the organization's overall performance and growth.
**Training Needs Analysis (TNA):** Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
**Program Development:** Design, develop, and implement training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
**Training Delivery:** Facilitate in\-house training sessions and coordinate external training providers as needed.
**Evaluation and Reporting:** Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; provide reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
**Talent Development:** Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
**Compliance and Record\-Keeping:** Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
