To perform professional facial treatments, skin therapies, and basic aesthetic services according to clinic protocols. Ensure a high standard of customer service, treatment quality, and overall client satisfaction while maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Treatment and Service Delivery
\- Perform facial treatments (hydrating facials, anti\-aging facials, acne treatment facials, etc.) based on client skin analysis and clinic protocols.
\- Conduct skin analysis and consultations before treatment; recommend suitable services and homecare products.
\- Perform other non\-invasive services like:
\-Microdermabrasion.
\- Chemical Peels (superficial level if trained and certified).
\- LED Light Therapy.
\- Basic laser treatments (optional, if trained).
\- Slimming services.
\- Strictly follow hygiene standards, treatment procedures, and client handling protocols.
\- Monitor client progress and suggest maintenance treatment plans.
2\. Client Care \& Experience
\- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
\- Provide post\-treatment care instructions clearly.
\- Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and positive word\-of\-mouth.
\- Handle client complaints tactfully and escalate to superior if necessary.
3\. Sales \& Product Knowledge
\- Educate clients on skincare regimes, products used during treatments and aftercare.
\- Recommend and upsell clinic skincare products and packages based on client needs (without hard selling).
\- Maintaining up\-to\-date knowledge on clinic offerings and new technologies.
4\. Operational Responsibilities
\- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session: sanitizing, arranging equipment, replacing linen, etc.
\-Maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and professional appearance of the treatment room and common areas.
\- Check and monitor supplies inventory (masks, cream, serums, gloves) and report shortages timely.
\- Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the clinic.
5\. Training and Professional Development
\- Attend all internal training sessions provided by the clinic (new treatments, product knowledge, customer service skills).
\- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and skincare technology by attending external training (if provided or required).
\- Uphold professional image and grooming standards at all times.
