• **Responsibilities:**

    • Managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
    • Providing IT technical support to hotel staff and ensuring that all software and hardware are functioning properly.
    • Coordinating with vendors and service providers for IT\-related services, including hardware maintenance and software updates.
    • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to hotel operations.
    • Preparing regular reports for management on IT system performance, upgrades, and issues.
    • Ensuring compliance with company IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assisting with the implementation of new IT projects and technology upgrades.

    **Qualifications:**

    • Relevant certification in IT or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in similar role.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
