Our company is seeking a proactive, motivated individual to take on the responsibility of a Mechanical Engineer.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing people, machine design, and design of material handling systems. This role requires strong technical problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team\-oriented environment. Knowledge in automation is an advantage.
**Qualifications**
Minimum 2:1 (*First Class is preferred*) in Bachelor degree or higher (*Masters is preferred*) in Mechanical Engineering and related fields.
2 years of experience in an engineering company involving machine design and material handling system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft tools
Proficient in AutoCAD
The person should be
Proactive, motivated to take on responsibility to a higher management level.
Systematic in problem solving and decision making, discipline in managing time.
Works well with others, as well as independently under minimal supervision.
Has strong attention to details, initiative, organised and can multi\-task.
**Remuneration**
The position is demanding and challenging. We are looking for highly ambitious young engineers with 2 years experience to be trained for management roles within a year or two. Commensurating with the expectations of the work output from the candidate, successful candidates can be expected to be remunerated at least 50% more than their current remuneration.
