**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
**Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of solid HR experience, including exposure to core HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training \& development, payroll, etc.).
**Leadership:** Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and support junior HR staff.
**HR Knowledge:** In\-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
**Strategic Thinking:** Ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
**Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; able to use HR metrics for decision\-making.
**Tech\-Savvy:** Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with digital HR tools is a plus.
**Compliance:** Familiarity with local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
**Confidentiality:** High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
**Initiative:** Self\-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
