• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

    Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained.

    Assign daily tasks and room assignments to room attendants.

    Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.

    Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the maintenance department.

    Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.

    Train new housekeeping staff and provide guidance to the team.

    Ensure lost and found items are properly recorded and stored.

    Handle guest requests related to housekeeping promptly.

    Prepare housekeeping reports and update room status
