The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, and providing technical support to all departments.
The role requires the ability to implement and oversee IT projects, data security, and system enhancements to optimize business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency
* Create and maintain documentation
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Oversee and maintain company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
* Implement and manage cyber security policies to ensure data security and prevent breaches.
Key Skills:
* Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system security.
* Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Proficiency in IT security, data backup, and recovery solutions.
* Experience with server management, database administration, and cloud computing.
Qualifications:
* Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
