• The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing the company’s financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting the overall finance function within the manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Analyze data and prepare regular reports
    * Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency
    * Create and maintain documentation

    **Accounts Management**

    * Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger.
    * Handle monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
    * Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
    * Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements, including SST, withholding tax, and corporate tax.
    * Monitor and manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
