• About the Role:

    We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized individual to oversee our office operations, company administration, and accounting functions. This role is multi\-faceted — part office manager, part admin backbone, part financial overseer. You’ll ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the business, handle government compliance, manage accounts, and support our team with whatever comes up.

    Key Responsibilities:Office Management:

    ● Manage day\-to\-day office operations (supplies, vendors, equipment maintenance).

    ● Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

    ● Oversee IT systems, subscriptions, and office infrastructure.

    Company Administration:

    ● Handle company secretarial tasks (liaising with the company secretary, filing statutory documents, ensuring compliance).

    ● Manage licensing, insurance, and regulatory renewals.

    ● Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) — including key company documents like contracts, agreements, etc.

    Accounting \& Finance:

    ● Oversee daily bookkeeping, manage accounts payable/receivable.

    ● Prepare monthly financial reports (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

    ● Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).

    ● Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, and relevant government bodies (LHDN, SSM).

    ● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

    Other Duties:

    ● Assist the management team with ad hoc tasks or projects (e.g., grant applications, investor reports).

    ● Continuously improve internal processes for efficiency.

    Requirements:

    ● Proven experience in office management, administration, and accounting (3\+ years preferred).

    ● Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements (SSM filings, EPF, SOCSO, etc.).

    ● Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Google Workspace.

    ● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    ● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and wear many hats.

    ● Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
