Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end\-to\-end implementation of Java\-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have managed at least two full life cycle implementations, demonstrating hands\-on leadership across planning, design, development, integration, and deployment phases. Strong technical understanding of Java technologies is essential to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large\-scale IT projects focused on Java\-based enterprise application development
Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from initiation through delivery and support
Collaborate with development teams, architects, QA, and infrastructure for timely execution
Ensure compliance with timelines, budget, and scope with strong risk and issue management
Coordinate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders including business users and vendors
Drive regular project status reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Maintain project documentation and ensure proper handover to support teams
Implement best practices in project management, DevOps integration, and quality assurance
