Position: Head of Treasury IT

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Treasury IT to lead our treasury application services. This role involves overseeing project delivery, system support, vendor management, and aligning IT strategy with business goals in the treasury domain. The successful candidate will drive innovation and stability in treasury systems, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end\-to\-end Treasury IT services, including project delivery, system maintenance, and support.
  
• Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver technical solutions.
  
• Provide advisory support on technical design, architecture review, development, and testing.
  
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  
• Oversee IT budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
  
• Drive strategic planning and roadmap execution for treasury systems and applications.
  
• Ensure compliance with SDLC or Agile methodologies and internal governance standards.
  
• Manage and develop a high\-performing team of 20\+ members across project delivery and support functions.
  

Domain Knowledge

• In\-depth expertise in treasury systems and applications.
  
• Solid understanding of treasury products and business workflows:
  
• Money market, Forex, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Products
  
• Pricing and valuation of derivatives and structured products
  
• Treasury operations: Forex exchange, Banker’s Acceptance, Futures
  
• Familiarity with business process flows and system integration in treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• Project Management or Software Certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, ITIL) are preferred
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to Treasury systems
  
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex IT programs in the financial domain
  

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: RM23,000\.00 \- RM25,000\.00 per month
