* Provide key support in customer support services, sales and marketing and group services.
* Generate and follow up on standard client quotes, purchaser orders and contract.
* Provide operation support to customers.
* Assist to correspond to customers’ enquiries.
* Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
* To handle complaints with calmness, provide appropriate solutions \& alternatives within the time limits and do follow up to ensure resolution.
* General administrative duties.
* Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with all functions.
Requirements:
* Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Fresh Graduated are welcome.
