**Branch Manager (Chinese\-speaking)**
**Location:** Pasir Gudang
**Gross Salary Range:** RM5,000 – RM7,500
**Basic:** RM5,000
**Working Days:** 6 days a week
**Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
**Lunch Break:** 1 hour 30 minutes
**Probation Period:** 3 to 6 months
**Annual Leave:** Pro\-rated
**Public Holidays:** 13 days (Required to work on PH, *replacement leave must be taken within 1 month*)

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the retail sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Provide training and coaching to retail staff to ensure performance and growth.
* Drive sales performance and implement effective business strategies.
* Address and resolve operational and staff\-related issues promptly.
* Monitor team commission performance and ensure goals are met.
**Job Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
* Prior experience in **electronics, computer retail, or PC shops** is **required**.
* Able to communicate effectively in **Chinese** (Mandarin/Cantonese).
* Must be willing to work on public holidays (replacement leave provided).
