**Responsibilities:**
Set up, configure, and optimize **SMT and PCBA production lines** for new and existing products.
Develop and improve **manufacturing processes** to ensure high efficiency, yield, and quality.
Analyze production data and equipment performance to reduce **downtime and process variation**.
Collaborate with R\&D and NPI teams to support **New Product Introduction (NPI)** and **Design for Manufacturability (DFM)**.
Perform **troubleshooting and root cause analysis** for process\-related issues.
Maintain process documentation including **work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA**, and control plans.
Lead **continuous improvement projects** using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Support the evaluation and commissioning of **new machines and tooling**.
Ensure all processes meet **quality, safety, and environmental standards**.
**Requirements:**
Degree/Diploma in **Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering**.
2\+ years of experience in **SMT/PCBA or electronics manufacturing process engineering**.
Hands\-on experience with **SMT equipment** (e.g., Panasonic, Fuji, Juki, Yamaha) and related inspection systems (AOI, SPI).
