**Job Overview:**
As a Senior Hair Stylist at Hair Tric and Lashility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services, enhancing client confidence, and leading our team of stylists. You will leverage your expertise to create stunning hairstyles and provide comprehensive lash services in a chic and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Consultation**: Assess clients’ hair needs and preferences to recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- **Hair Services**: Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, colors, styles, and treatments using various techniques.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and train junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow\-up.
- **Brand Representation**: Promote Hair Tric and Lashility’s brand, values, and services through professional appearance and behavior.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest trends in hair and lash services and recommend products to clients.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in hair services.
- **Skills**: Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build a rapport with clients.
