**Responsibilities:**
1\. Responsible for conducting the First Piece Sample Inspection during mass production.
a) Perform First Piece Inspection and data keyed\-in,
b) Review / Approval of First Piece Inspection,
c) All measurement point shall refer to QSI.
d) Inform the Status of First Piece Submission.
e) FA/QC Supervisor to approved first piece sample once both cosmetic and
dimension have no issue. Final approval needed from both parties.
2\. Ensure all programs are based on latest engineering drawings (critical point);
a) Monitor in monthly basis and review the program according to Quality Standard
Instruction (QSI).
3\. Monitor all measuring equipment and ensure equipment are calibrated accordingly;
a) Equipment to calibrate in yearly basis (CMM, Scope/Vision, Granite Table, dial
gauge, digital caliper, etc.)
4\. Support the QA/QC functions as needed by FA Supervisor or QA Manager.
5\. Support run program for in\-process 4 hourly and ensure 4 hourly critical dimension tally with QSI/SIP and plotted into SPC format
6\. Measure part request from customer (ad\-hoc);
7\. Ensure good housekeeping at working area according to 5S requirement.
**Qualification / Knowledge / Skill Requirement:**
1\. At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2\. Ability to use various types of inspection tools, such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparator, optical/probe Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM/Keyence), etc.
3\. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu \& English
4\. Good communication skills and high attention to details.
