Job Title: Chef – Temple Restaurant
Location: TBG 1312c, Jalan Harper, Kawasan Perindustrian Harper Light, 41400 Klang, Selangor.
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our Templebased Restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, capable of preparing quality vegetarian or traditional meals (depending on the temple's dietary guidelines), and able to manage a team in a fast\-paced environment.
Working Hours \& Schedule: **Shift\-based: 8 – 10 hours/day (based on daily operational needs)**
Off Day: Every Monday
Key Responsibilities:
\- Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals according to the menu and dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, no garlic/onion, etc.)
\- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards
\- Oversee kitchen operations including food prep, cleanliness, hygiene, and stock management
\- Supervise kitchen assistants and guide them in daily tasks
\- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health \& safety regulations
\- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients
\- Minimize food waste and maintain cost control
\- Work closely with the management team to develop seasonal or festive menus as needed
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
\- Knowledge of vegetarian or temple\-style cuisine preferred
\- Able to work long hours, weekends, and during festive periods if required
\- Good leadership and team coordination skills
\- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
\- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering consistent food quality
