Our client is a leading provider of reward and cashback systems for B2C retail solutions. They are seeking a young and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

**Role Overview**:
Business Development Senior Associate is expecting to lead customer acquisition, market development, and commercial execution across both enterprise and merchant channels. You will drive outreach, engage prospects, deliver proposals, and manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing and post\-sale coordination.

This is a high\-ownership, client\-facing role suited for someone who thrives in a startup environment, moves fast without losing detail, and is hungry to convert conversations into revenue. You will also support leadership in refining our sales approach, improving pitch materials, and identifying scalable opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • **Business Development \& Sales Execution**

– Identify and engage new clients across B2B and merchant segments.
– Conduct outreach through calls, referrals, direct messaging, and events.
– Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions from our portfolio.
– Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitching, negotiation, deal closing, and onboarding coordination.
– Refine sales tactics, messaging, and qualification criteria in collaboration with leadership.

  • **Relationship Management**

– Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with partners, business owners, and procurement leads.
– Own key partner relationships and strategic accounts, with accountability for retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
– Ensure post\-sale follow\-through and commercial success, even when delivery is handled by operations or technical teams.

  • **Proposal \& Pitch Support**

– Prepare and tailor sales decks, pitch materials, pricing structures, and commercial documentation.
– Present solutions professionally and handle objections with confidence.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to continuously improve enablement content.

  • **Market Development**

– Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels through industry research and outreach.
– Attend industry events and represent the company in networking or business development settings.
– Gather client and market feedback to inform sales strategy and product improvement discussions.

**Qualifications \& Requirements**:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, solution selling, or merchant acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self\-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with management in a lean structure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead pipelines, and structured follow\-up workflows.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
