**Role Description**
Tackle clients and agents easily
This is a full\-time Customer Service role with flexibility for **hybrid work.**
The person will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Join Us if you Have:\-**
\* At least 1 \- 2 years' experience in **freight forwarding CS role** for import \& export.
\* Background in logistics or freight forwarding
\* Work digital\-first (email, Google Sheet, Docs, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc)
\* Minimum SPM. Diploma or Degree is not required but preferred.
\* Speak, read \& write in both English \& Malay.
\* Fluency in Mandarin **普通话!**

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: RM2,500\.00 \- RM4,000\.00 per month
