Respond to client queries (via email/ calls/ messages) and direct them to the appropriate team members when necessary
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements to prospects (whichever relevant)
Maintain and update sales leads tracking or related information.
Follow up with leads and prospects on outstanding documentation or next steps
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounts, compliance, secretarial) to ensure timely client onboarding
Assist in compile and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards if needed
Schedule calls and meetings with prospect and document meeting outcomes
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials or presentations
Requirement:
Excellent communication and follow\-up skills
Prior experience in sales administration within a professional service or B2B setting will be added advantages
Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with sales processes in an accounting or consultancy environment is a plus
Comfortable using systems and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Excel, project management tools etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and timelines
Able to work in remote working environment and highly discipline.
Knowledge of basic accounting or corporate compliance terms will be added advantages
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
