**Key Responsibilities:**
1\.Financial Transactions \& Record\-Keeping
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
Record financial transactions in accounting software
Maintain and update financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
2\.Accounts Payable \& Receivable
Handle vendor payments and reconcile statements
Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
Assist in credit control and debt collection
3\.Administrative Support
Organize and maintain financial documents and records
Assist with filing tax returns and other regulatory filings
Support senior accountants and finance managers with ad hoc tasks
**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organizational and time\-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
\*Saturday Half day
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000\.00 \- RM4,000\.00 per month
