This is an exciting opportunity to join The Swatch Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Boutique Manager for the brand Omega. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day\-to\-day operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full\-time position is based in Sabah.
**What you'll be doing**
Overseeing the overall management and operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
Coaching and mentoring the boutique team to enhance their skills and performance
Ensuring the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
Collaborating with the regional team to execute marketing and promotional activities
Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
**Profile**

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry
Strong leadership and team\-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high\-performing team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a premium brand experience
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display
