**Job Title:** **Event Coordinator**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail\-oriented **Event Coordinator and Administrator** to manage and oversee events from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, engagements, festivals, and more.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during events to ensure all requirements are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (photography, videography, décor) and external vendors to ensure timely setup and service delivery.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and on\-site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Address and resolve any issues or last\-minute changes that arise during events.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare event layouts and checklists.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and deliver high\-quality experiences.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an **Event Coordinator and Administrator** or in a similar role in the events industry.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to event planning, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client\-first mindset.
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.
- Detail\-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.

Pay: RM6,000\.00 \- RM7,000\.00 per month
