Job Summary

Provide high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in according to given product factsheet and sales script.
Make outbound calls to sell various products as per campaign assignment.
Retain customers through company's retention strategies
Work with relevant departments within company to ensure any problem is solved promptly or escalated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

To fulfil daily talk time and leads target
To make outbound calls as per campaign assignment and meet QA requirement
To work with internal department in retaining customers who send in cancellation requests

To make payment reminder calls to customers

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: RM1,700\.00 \- RM2,000\.00 per month
